By downloading, installing, or using the Cyber TV application ("the App") and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Cyber TV provides streaming access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, and catch-up playback services. The availability of specific channels and content may vary based on licensing agreements and geographic restrictions.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are available in 6-month, 12-month, and 36-month terms.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payment is required before activation of services.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Activation Codes

• Activation codes are provided after payment confirmation.
• Each code is intended for use on a single device.
• Sharing or reselling activation codes is prohibited.
• Lost or compromised codes should be reported immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, rebroadcast, or record content for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent geographical restrictions or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Content and Availability

• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or content.
• Channel lineups and content libraries may change without notice.
• Catch-up playback is available for select channels only.
• Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour free trial period. Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided after activation. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that cannot be resolved.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your activation code will be deactivated and no refund will be provided for remaining subscription time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
